Jessie Trust Developments is a privately owned company that has been developing land in the Auckland and North Auckland region since 1996.
We specialize in boutique developments with panoramic views or waterfront locations.

MANGAWHAI
45 lot subdivision in the popular seaside community of Mangawhai, just north of Auckland. Beautiful beaches and a quiet estuary are the features of this stunning area.
WHANGAREI
A 96 lot subdivision in Whangarei centered around a village green, and close to the beautiful Hatea River and Whangarei Falls.
Completed Projects
A 58 lot subdivision in Shelly Beach on the Kaipara Harbour. Enjoy sea views and fishing off the wharf.
An 18 lot subdivision in historic Helensville on the northern boundary of Auckland. These picturesque sections have views of the river and are nestled in the rural community.
Riverhead Point was developed in several stages. The sections sold very quickly and within 2 years the area was transformed from paddocks and an orchard into a peaceful village with a tranquil atmosphere.
